At NailShoping.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, here's how to proceed:
📦 Returns
✅ We accept returns of unused products, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt.
🔹 Process:
Contact us at info@nailshoping.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you shipping instructions (return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we make a mistake).
Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
💸 Refunds
They will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of NailShoping error (e.g. wrong or defective product).
⚠ Exceptions
❌ We do not accept returns of:
Opened or used products (for hygiene).
Special promotion items (except defects).
Custom orders (e.g., custom-made packs).
🔧 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product:
Please notify us within 48 hours (with photos/video as proof).
We'll send you a new one or arrange a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
